Private persons have the right to return the products within 14 days of their arrival, excluding factory-ordered or made-to-order products with limited return rights. Returned products must be flawless, unused and in their original packaging. Do not mark the packaging. We do not accept returns for less than sale lots. We will refund the price of the products you paid within 14 days after the products you returned have arrived to us. The customer is responsible for all costs arising from the return.
If the returned product or packaging is faulty, we will not refund 100% of the product price. The refund will then be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Stock products have full right of return, refund price 100%. Applies to products for which the delivery time is typically approx. 1 to 3 business days. Return to the place indicated by Suomen Talotuote Oy.
- In factory orders, the right to return and refund price is determined according to the terms and conditions of the factory/supplier. Applies to products for which the delivery time is typically approx. 5 to 10 business days or longer. Return at the customer's expense according to the given instructions.
- We do not accept returns for products tailored for the customer or made to order.
- Product return/cancellation without picking up the order at the pick-up point: We charge the shipping costs, we only refund the product when the product has been returned to the sender/House product.
