The shower screen consisting of a fixed part and of a hinged door part. This screen protects the space and the fixtures located next to the shower from splashing water. The fixed part efficiently restricts water and when the shower is not in use, the hinged part can be turned to the side. Due to the combination of the fixed and the hinged part the shower door can be dimensioned even in cramped spaces so that the folding part does not hit other fixtures. The door is equipped adjustable centring. The centring attempts to return the door back to the open and closed positions. The door has a magnet seal that locks tightly to its counterpart when the shower is in use. The profiles mounted to the edges of the panel are manufactured of aluminium. The white (RAL 9016) and black (RAL 9005) surface treatment options are manufactured by powder coating. Grey and bright are anodized coatings. Profiles are sandblasted before anodization, so that the surface is as smooth as possible and there will be no fingerprints. The fittings used in the product, like square foot and brace bars, are made of chrome plated brass alloy. The product is manufactured of 6mm thick tempered safety panel (EN 12150). The safety panel can be treated in the factory with Cranith calcification prevention coating. The coating enables the panel to stay clean easier. Clear, grey and bronze are smooth surfaced and transparent glasses. Chinchilla, satin and reeded glasses are not fully transparent, details cannot be made out through the panel. Chinchilla and reeded are textured on one side and smooth on the other side. One side of the satin panel is etched to acquire a velvety feel and the other side is smooth. When choosing a satin panel product, bear in mind that the etched surface of the panel is sensitive to scratches and stains. Install The shower door and the wall magnet are mounted to the building wall by means of wall mountedprofiles. The fixed wall is supported from the top edge with the brace installed in the corner and from the bottom corner by the fitting glued to the floor. Between the panel of the fixed part and the floor will be a 25mm high gap. seal (standard part)s may be installed between the panel and the may be installed a seal (standard part) , so that water will not be able to under the panel.
