Kyvytsorasta valmistetun 300 mm eristeharkon palkkiharkolla valmistellaan aukkojen ylitykset. Harkko tuetaan oikeaan asemaan, raudoitetaan suunnitelman mukaan ja lopuksi valetaan korrobetonilla.
